Our family of 8 rolled in at 6pm as the guys were wrapping up their day, but Brent was totally cool about it and was ready to take on the hours of back to back tattooing. At about 4pm we call the shop to get quotes.unfortunately our very "sweet" cousin Amy called and was reciprocated the same "sweet" attitude back.( this is sarcasm) Somehow accidentally our brother in law called the same shop and was treated cool as shit on the phone. As a family of 8 people we go on vacation together and then get tattoos to memorialize our trip.
Thank you so deeply Brent for making my 40th Birthday the most memorable highlight of my life. I have truly never experienced a better Tattoo session and with the highest confidence and utter joy, I refer the unrivaled talent of Brent to those seeking the piece of their life. Somebody who's talent and personality is so endearing and delightful. It's a true honor to depict the passion of such a talented and gifted Master on my body. I felt valued and honored through all aspects of this phenomenal experience. It never felt like I was a victim of some artists "hourly" wage and concept of time. At the conclusion I was confirmed in my definition of time as Brent had quoted me a price and stuck to it. It's a true "experience" when others involved are compassionate about the needs of others. I personally liked when somebody left for a break how they would ask everyone else if they would like something from the store. As I told my sister it reminded me of Seattle at a true black hair salon where the act of having your hair done was an experience and not just a chore. There were breaks when the phone needed to be answered and when we all just sat back and laughed at a great story one of us would tell. As stated before, the pace of the tattoo experience was very even and appreciated. Brent's ability to transform a fictional cartoon character into a living, breathing and perfectly "humanized" work of art is truly stunning. Brent has this Mastered!!!!! When I viewed the final product, I was mesmerized by the flawless details. Though the final product may not be what is portrayed on paper, the Tattoo should reflect a unique and perfectly interwoven combination of the artist representation and Clients vision. Every Tattoo Artist I have known (the good ones) have the ability to critique the design then elaborate their depiction of it onto skin. In short, it's about as relaxed as it can be. All shops I have been before do not reflect the field of energy that flows effortlessly between the Artists, their environment and Clients. The experience was comical, even paced and extremely laid back. When you want something as long as I have these tattoos it's comforting seeing his work already portrayed on the person of another. The layout and energy of the shop is very neutral and relaxing which allowed me to focus on Brent. I immediately felt at home and relaxed in the atmosphere of both Brent's soothing energy and the home atmosphere of the shop. After many years of having numerous pieces done, I can honestly say I have never met a more pleasant Artist. To complete in such fine detail would require a gifted Artist and from the mere suggestion I knew Brent would accomplish. Come in and meet with Brent as part of his lifelong battle with art addiction.After many years of deliberation because, simply lacking trust in anyone to complete such arduous task I was reminded of my Sisters Master Artist. Part of his rehab was Brent was no longer allowed to make art on paper so he switched up and started tattooing people.
This forced Brent into hiding once again only to surface 10 years later…. While in rehab 15 other girls came forward and snitched that Brent had been sending them art covered notes too.

Yes… No… Maybe….” This love for drawing developed into a full blown enterprise for Brent drawing pictures on notes for other people in school to pass off as their own.īy age 13 Brent was a full blown hundred-aire and was on top of the world until a girl went public with one of his notes and Brent was forced into art rehab.
He developed a love for drawing and painting and would draw pictures of skulls and demons while passing notes to girls in class. He discovered at a young age the power of art but since singing and dancing really wasn’t his thing, he escaped and hid in Northern California. He was given a golden ticket and allowed inside a large beer brewing factory and led around by a strange man who liked to sing and dance with little people who sang songs making fun of other contest winners. Brent Hefner began his love for art when he was a young boy.
